Another new (old) job!

So, at the end of this last school year, my job was considered excess in my building and I was moved into a special education classroom at the middle school level.  I was excited and apprehensive about this new job and was very sad to be leaving my current school!  The support system I had at my school last year was amazing and the rest of the staff was just fabulous!  I spent this summer preparing to teach middle school math and science to level II special education students and then, this morning, I get a call that my job has opened back up and would I like to come back.  I took about an hour and a half and made several phone calls and talked it over heavily with Dan and decided that I would take my old job back.  I know that I will still have my problem student from last year and that I will be gaining a problem parent, but the support system at this school is so great, I know that they will help me if I need it.  I am excited to be working with everyone from last year and am excited to continue to build those relationships and I am excited to try some new teaching strategies with my kiddos!  Remind me about this post in a few months when I am complaining about my job!
