Feel the Need

Do you ever just feel the need to journal? I have the need to journal right now, but am not sure what to write about, so I will just tell you about my day.

Alarm rang, hit the snooze a few to many times, got up and made it to work my usual 4 minutes late. First kiddo had a good therapy session. Came home and took a nap because I had a long break today. Alarm went off again, hit the snooze a few to many times again, got up, showered, made an iced mocha and a bagel. Went to my second kiddo of the day and had another good session. Came home, sat on the couch with Dan and talked for 45 minutes until my next kiddo. This was my post-intensive kid, so the sessions are a little different. This was a combo. therapy session/babysitting job. I had more fun with the combo session (even though it lasted 5 and a half hours) and I think the child did too. We were able to take our time with therapy, have longer play times, and got to do non-therapy things. Much more relaxed. Now I am home, and glad to be, and am ready for a long weekend. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!
