Butterflies

The title of this post is the best way to describe how I have felt since yesterday afternoon. I received a voicemail asking me to call back regarding my promotion at work. Of course, I didn't receive the message until after the offices had closed, so I had to endure a 16 hour wait to find out! I got about 3 hours of sleep last night because I was so nervous and I nearly vomited when I called them back this morning. But.............I GOT THE PROMOTION! I am now a Senior Therapist, which means I will be in charge of several kiddos and their teams of therapists. This also means I jump from an hourly wage to a salary and will be making a good deal more money! I am so excited for the opportunity and I can't wait to get started!
