A Strong Alli
I am steady into day two of my weight-loss regime and so far, so good. I succeeded in my calorie and fat goals yesterday and am doing great today. In addition, I did a half hour of killer Pilates this afternoon! I had a dinner meeting at a restaurant, but before I went, I got on their website to look at their menu and nutrition information and chose a meal before I left that would fall into my calorie and fat targets! I am feeling really good and I need to remember this feeling in these next few weeks as I get over the initial diet enthusiasm. I felt so good this afternoon that after I exercised and showered, instead of just throwing my wet hair into a ponytail and going to my meeting, I blow dried and straightened my hair and even put on some eye liner! I wanted to look as good as I felt! So, if I start to slip in this diet, just send me back to this post so I can remember why I am doing this.....so I can feel good!
