I Can Do This....

So, I have been trying for quite a while to lose a little weight. I have been watching my portions, keeping track of my calories, and making sure I get good exercise at least 3 times per week. So far, I have lost 9 lbs, although, I probably put a lot of it back on with the Taste of Madison this weekend! However, I am needing a little push in the right direction, so I picked up the alli starter pack at Target today. I have spent the last hour reading through the information and calculating my weight loss goals and I really want to do this, but I have some worries.
* 1400 calories a day doesn't seem like much, what if my energy level plummets?
* If your meal has to much fat, some of the side-effects include "gas with oily spotting and loose or hard to control stools." Sounds unpleasant and disgusting!
* Will I really be able to enjoy the foods I love? I mean, one piece of pizza, ONE MEASLY SLICE, has 200 calories. Doesn't seem like much, but who eats just one piece of pizza?!

The benefits will be great, I just hope I have the will power to do this!
