While we were home this past weekend, Dan's mom taught me how to make a killer apple pie. I have never made my own crust before, but Sheri gave me some tricks to make the crust perfect. So, last night was my first pie attempt without Sheri's help and (even though I forgot 2 tbsp. of butter) the pie turned out delicious! The crust isn't very pretty looking, but that will come with practice! I love baking!

Have Some Pie
