I just got of the phone with my parents and my mom mentioned that I hadn't blogged in a while...since Thursday (or Wednesday according to the date on the post, but I am quite sure I wrote that post on Thursday......perhaps my computer is stuck in some time warp!) Anyway, it is Sunday, Sept. 21st, even if the date on my blog says it is not and there is not much news here. I worked yesterday and then Dan and I went with some friends to Evansdale (about 30 minutes south-ish of Madison) to their parents house and we grilled brats, drank beer, and played cards. A great last weekend of the summer activity! I worked again today and plan on doing the laundry, taking a walk, and then sitting on my couch the rest of the evening! This week is going to be exciting because I officially begin my new position at work. I will be a salaried employee for the first time ever! So there will be lots more posts to come with job updates this week. Oh, and my diet.....I am down 6 lbs. (approx. 2 lbs a week) and am feeling good! I think I will actually stick with this!
