SLEEP!
Talking with friends
Into the night
Morning coffee with family
A glorious sight
Catching up
With dinner late
Movies on the couch
My favorite date
The cats are upset
Their routine askew
But soiling our bed
Is something new
The washing machine
Drones and hums
Doze on the couch
But no sleep comes
Thank God for coffee
Or life would look bleak
I wonder when
I'll finally get some sleep
