Three Days at Home

Dan and I have been in Iowa for the last three days for his aunt Meri's memorial service. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, we had a very nice time seeing family we hadn't seen in a while and some we had never met! The memorial service was very nice and the time spent with family was healing. We shared memories, YouTube favorites, stories and pictures. I will be sad to leave tomorrow morning, but I must get back to work and the opera. So to Dan's family: I had a wonderful time with all of you. To my family: I miss you and will see you soon!
