1. This week was much less stressful than the past few because my schedule has adjusted such that I am done with work by 5:00 or 5:30 every day. This gives me time to go home for dinner before rehearsals and extra time to spend with Dan.
2. We are into full staging of Madama Butterfly. We had our first rehearsal with the principals today and they are fabulous! I feel so honored to sing and share the stage with these people! And tomorrow I have my fitting for my kimono. I can't wait for the performances to see the costumes, wigs, geisha make-up, sets, and music come together.
3. After Butterfly rehearsal, I am driving to Chicago to spend some time (not enough time, though) with my room mate from college. I am taking her to see "Wicked" and I know she is going to LOVE it! We are going to have a blast!
4. Dan has been gone for most of the week and we will get home about the same time on Sunday night! I can't wait to hear about his trip and to curl up with him on the couch! Love him!
