SNOW DAY

Today is the first official snow day of the season! From the looks of things out the window, we are done with the brunt of the blizzard - I think we have around 7-8 inches of snow on top of the 3-4 we got over the weekend! Because all of the kiddos I work with live 45 minutes away, I (along with most of the other senior therapists) canceled therapy for today. Dan and I did venture outside to dig out our cars so we don't have to get up extra early to do that tomorrow. We also had to run up the street (about 1/2 mile) to the pet store because the cats picked today to run out of food! But, I certainly enjoyed staying curled up in bed this morning and am using the afternoon to get some paperwork and the laundry done and read a good book! Who says you can't be productive on a snow day! For all of you dealing with snow and ice: Drive safe and stay warm!
