I Have Confidence

I have been getting increasingly more nervous as I finish my training for my position as a senior therapist. I am beginning to take on my very own cases and design and supervise the therapy for kiddos with autism spectrum disorders. Starting next year (which is in 3 weeks!) I will be starting therapy programs with three new kiddos and I am nervous to be doing it on my own, but I made my first phone calls today and got over that initial hurdle! I ended up having a nice chat with the mother of one of those kiddos; she was excited to get things going and we have my first visits with her child scheduled. My butterflies are switching from nervous to excited! I am looking forward to meeting these kiddos, playing with them, and helping them learn and develop! I can do this! I have confidence in ME!
