I did it!

After being on Weight Watchers for 11 weeks, I have lost 19 lbs. and surpassed my original goal by 1 lb!  I am really proud of myself for sticking with it and I am so glad I had Alison to support me and motivate me!  I love how I feel and I love how I look and, as annoying as it is, I love that none of my pants fit anymore!  I am back to the weight I was in college and I am going to shoot to lose 9 more pounds for a total of 28 lbs lost and be down to 130!  Ha, I'm actually admitting my weight to the world wide web!  But, you know what, I have made an effort to get back to this weight and I'm feeling great about it!  So, if any of your are wondering how or if you can even lose weight, I say try Weight Watchers because it is easy and if you fall off the wagon one week and gain weight, it is really easy to jump back on the next week!  You can eat what you want and it really has helped me develop better and healthier eating habits!  It has been a very worthwhile investment and experience!
