Today, Being Pregnant isn't my favorite thing

Most days I love being pregnant. I enjoy feeling Baby D kick and move and I feel excited about what is to come. Today, however, being pregnant is not my favorite thing because I can't take any medicine! Two weeks ago, I was out for 4 days with a nasty cold/sinus infection and now I have the most amazing sinus pressure in my left cheek. It can only be compared to one of my worst migraines, except that I can't take anything except Tylonol - which does not cut it! I have been sitting with an ice pack on my face off and on since last night and it brings the pain to a dull ache for a few hours until the "turn the lights off and don't make a sound" pain comes back! I hope this sinus crap goes away soon, because I want to enjoy being pregnant again!
