Planning Ahead
This morning I sat down and filled in our July calendar and, wow, is it full! Starting this Friday, Dan and I go to Iowa for the weekend to celebrate the 4th of July and make our annual visit to a few Des Moines Metro Opera performances. When we get back, I jump into full rehearsal mode for Opera in the Park and Evita. Meanwhile, we are hoping to fill the calendar with job interviews for Dan, then we can really start planning ahead. Planning ahead for where we will be this next year (Madison, Texas, Iowa, outer space.....) and planning when we will start our family! Our future is slowly falling into place and is shaping up to be as busy as usual - just the way we like it!
